How to Recover A Lost Username

Permanently deleted user

You may login to Brax using your Username OR the Email Address associated with your Brax Username.
Login to Brax using your Email address.
Access the Profile Settings page by clicking on your email address in the top right corner, and click Profile.
Your Username is displayed in the Edit Profile section.

Note: If you have forgotten both your Username and the Email address associated to your Brax account, please contact support.
