Note: Imported data will overwrite existing data if all meta data fields match for a given row. This means that if the data, source, campaign, and site id are all present and identical for two rows the data in the second row will overwrite the data in the first row. However, if these fields do not match, or one is left blank a new entry will be added. This new entry will be added to the campaign totals and reflected in the campaign view. If you are importing data on the site level and the sum of the sites does not equal the campaign data this is likely the cause.
F.A.Q
My uploaded data isn't here!
Make sure you have enough points to match on. We need at least the date, the source, and the campaign name or ID. Misspelling or abbreviating any of these fields will fail the match. Dates should always be in month/day/year format. Any blank cells need to contain 0 and any blank rows need to be removed. Duplicate rows will override each other, so be sure to sum your data. Spaces before or after campaign names may cause matching to fail.
Improper file type error
The only file types imported metrics accept are CSV and xlsx (excel workbook). Any other file type, including .xlsx (strict open xml spreadsheet), will not work.
