API or Schedule Failure & Notifications

In some cases partner APIs will be down or non-responsive. We recommend all users opt-in to our failure notifications.

Brax has capabilities that are automatic and rely on partner APIs and their up time. In order to ensure you are aware when these things fail we have setting allowing you to get emails.

To opt-in to failure email notifications.

1. Click on your email in the top right.
2. Select Profile from the menu.
3. Scroll to the Notifications section of the profile.
4. Check the box titled Email Alerts.
   
   

FAQ

I'm getting emails for accounts we don't have anymore!

Make sure you remove schedules for paused/deleted campaigns.
